DAY 1 – Keflavík International Airport- Reykjavik

Upon your arrival at Keflavik international airport, you’ll begin your adventure on a scenic drive to Reykjavík, covering a distance of approximately 50 km in about 1 hour. As you settle into your accommodation in the world’s northernmost capital, you’ll have the freedom to explore and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Reykjavík. Take this opportunity to relax and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

On Day 2, you set off on a mesmerizing drive along the impressive Hvalfjördur, also known as whale fjord, as you make your way to the Reykholt valley. Here, you’ll encounter the renowned hot water springs of Deildartunguhver, reputed to be the fastest flowing in Europe. Your journey will also include stops at the Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls, offering you a glimpse of Iceland’s stunning natural beauty. Traverse the Kaldidalur 4WD road, which showcases the western flank of the Langjökull glacier, and leads to Thingvellir, where you can observe a network of faults resulting from the oceanic rift.

DAY 14- Þjórsárdalur – Reykjavík
