DAY 1 – Keflavík International Airport- Reykjanes peninsula

Arrival at Keflavik international airport. Our guides and convoy leaders will welcome the group, lead them to the 4wd vehicles they will drive for the next days.

Once the teams are into their vehicles, we will go for a short warm up drive to a secluded black sand beach to get our first impressions of the raw power of nature.

The group will then make a stop at the Blue Lagoon spa and relax in its turquoise blue alkaline waters.

Thereafter, the group will stop en route to the accommodation for a Seafood, lobster themed dinner.

DAY 2- The Volcanic Trail

Today, the convoy will explore the moonlike landscape of the volcanic rift. Black sands, lava fields surrounded by oddly shaped mountains. The adventure is stepping up. Soon everyone will be coached into managing the potential of the vehicles. Rivers are going to be crossed, steep hills are going to be climbed.

The views participants will get from this effort are going to blow their minds. The convoy leaders will choose the best itineraries while maintaining contact with the catering crew who will set up a fantastic Icelandic themed buffet.

In the afternoon, the convoy leaders will head on through more varied landscapes and give a chance for all to drive in these unique surroundings.  In the evening the group will reach the hotel for a drink and dinner.
