Iceland as a Winter Wonderland! What a change of scenery for your teams and company!
Icelandic winter experiences tend to have an even longer lasting impact on travellers. The winter conditions seem to really highlight the wilderness one can experience in this otherworldly land.
You can rest assured that rewarding your partners with a winter incentive will consolidate and improve further work relationships. Let´s have a look at what can be done under the Northern Lights.
Day 1: Airport- Reykjavik
At the airport, our local crew will welcome the guests and direct them to their private coach towards their city centre accommodation.
Once in Reykjavik, guests can check in in comfort, relax or explore the city centre by foot. Closer to the evening, our crew will direct the guests to a nearby restaurant for a first introductory dinner.
Day 1: Golden Circle and Kerlingarfjöll Highland Base by SuperJeep
Today, the group will depart after breakfast for an adventure towards the central plateau of Iceland. The Superjeeps and their drivers will await the warmly dressed guests in front of the hotel.
The convoy departs towards the main stops of the Golden Circle, Þingvellir, Geysir and the Gullfoss waterfall.
Our crew can organise a buffet in a secluded spot en route, or a lunch can be booked at a local restaurant.
In the late afternoon, the potential of our vehicles will be tested as we head to the snowy wilderness.
Depending on the conditions we will arrive at the idyllic Kerlingarfjöll mountain base where the group will be staying for two nights.
Nice dinner, outdoor natural Spa and maybe Northern lights will be the guests programme tonight.
Day 3 : Activity day and Gala Dinner
Kerlingarfjöll mountains are spellbinding. That is the reason why they are called “the mountains of the witches”. They brew their potions and elixirs there in the colourful mud pots. Their sheer heat melts all snow and ice around giving way to magical formations and bewitching colours.
Today the group will be invited to put on the snowshoes and go explore these striking colourful formations hidden in the deep valleys nearby after a picnic or lunch at the hotel, a transfer will organise to a snowmobile base where the group will zoom up the 3rd largest ice cap in Iceland.
After this adventuring day, a relaxing bath will recharge everyone to prepare for a very special gala dinner in the middle of nowhere.

Day 4 : Southbound adventure and Spa
It is time to head down the highlands and to the lowlands. After a stop at the majestic Gullfoss waterfall, we continue our journey south, crossing the farming lands and scenic mountains ranges.
Driving along the dramatic coastline with the low-lying light is yet another beautiful experience. Also, because at the end of the road, the group will end in the turquoise blue alkaline waters of the Blue Lagoon.
After a rejuvenating experience, the group will be transferred to their accommodation for check in.
In the early evening, our crew will lead the group from the hotel to their goodbye dinner location.
Day 5 : Flight home
Private bus transfer to the airport.
